Content Monitoring Policy

1. Purpose

FAN2SEE LTD. ("FAN2SEE", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and responsible platform. This Content Monitoring Policy explains how content is reviewed, monitored, restricted, and removed, and how we protect users—particularly against illegal, non-consensual, or harmful content.

2. Prohibited Content

Users may not upload, submit, stream, message, or otherwise make available any content that:

• is unlawful, illegal, or violates applicable local, national, or international law;
• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or invasive of privacy;
• is hateful, discriminatory, or offensive based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any protected characteristic;
• depicts or refers to non-consensual activity, sexual exploitation, or abuse.

All prohibited content categories are further detailed in the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Age & Identity Verification

• Every individual who appears in any Content on FAN2SEE must be a verified consenting adult (18+).
• FAN2SEE requires Creators to complete identity and age verification before publishing Content or receiving payouts.
• We may require submission of government-issued photo identification, selfies, consent documentation, or additional verification records.
• FAN2SEE reserves the right to re-verify identity or age at any time.
• Content involving any person whose age or consent cannot be verified will be removed.

4. Content Review & Moderation

• FAN2SEE has the right but not the obligation to monitor, screen, review, block, remove, disable, modify, store, or restrict access to any Content or communication at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
• Moderation actions may be taken to:
  • enforce the Terms of Service and platform policies;
  • comply with legal or regulatory obligations;
  • protect users from harm;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, or exploitation.
• FAN2SEE does not guarantee prior review of all Content and is not responsible for user-generated content.

5. Automated & Manual Safeguards

• FAN2SEE may use automated systems, filters, keyword detection, and risk scoring to identify potentially illegal or harmful content, including content related to:
  • child sexual abuse material;
  • sex trafficking or human trafficking;
  • non-consensual sexual activity;
  • suicide or self-harm.
• FAN2SEE maintains and updates internal lists of prohibited terms and patterns at its discretion.
• Automated detection may result in temporary content restriction pending manual review.

6. Restrictions on In-Person Meetings

Users are strictly prohibited from using FAN2SEE to arrange, solicit, or facilitate in-person meetings, escorting, prostitution, or sexual services.

7. Payment & Account Controls

• FAN2SEE may block or restrict payments to or from users, entities, regions, or payment methods where fraud, sanctions, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
• Accounts may be limited, suspended, or terminated for payment abuse, excessive chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.

8. Access Control & Account Security

• Access to FAN2SEE is granted based on the following principles:
  • Safety First: age and identity verification is required before access to sensitive features.
  • Need-to-Know: access is limited to features appropriate to a user's role and permissions.
• User accounts may be disabled after prolonged inactivity (generally three months or more).
• Accounts obtained through illegitimate means or in violation of platform policies will be disabled.
• Access rights and accounts are reviewed periodically to identify dormant or high-risk accounts.
• Users must use unique passwords and approved authentication mechanisms.

9. Child Safety & Self-Harm Prevention

• FAN2SEE is an 18+ only platform and does not permit children on the service.
• We implement measures to prevent minors from accessing or interacting with content.
• FAN2SEE establishes processes to identify, restrict, and remove content that encourages, promotes, or provides instruction for suicide or self-harm.

10. Reporting & User Tools

• FAN2SEE provides reporting tools allowing users and non-users to report content they believe is illegal, abusive, or in violation of platform rules.
• Reports may be submitted via in-platform tools or by emailing support@fan2see.co.
• FAN2SEE may provide optional tools to help adult users reduce exposure to certain types of content.

11. Response & Removal Timelines

• Upon becoming aware of content that is illegal or poses a significant risk of harm, FAN2SEE will act promptly to restrict or remove such content.
• Where required by law or platform policy, harmful content may be removed within 24 hours of identification.
• FAN2SEE may preserve evidence and account records where required for legal or regulatory purposes.

12. Copyright & Intellectual Property Complaints

Upon receipt of a valid notice of claimed copyright infringement:

• FAN2SEE will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material;
• notify the uploader and provide information about submitting a counter-notification;
• may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Counter-notifications must include:

• a physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the removed material;
• a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken or misidentified; and
• contact details of the submitting party.

13. Handling of Abusive or Unlawful Content

• Upon receiving a report of abusive or unlawful content (other than copyright claims), FAN2SEE will investigate the matter.
• Content that appears to violate the Terms of Service or applicable law may be removed immediately.
• Content not clearly in violation may be escalated for further review. Content may remain available unless a determination is made to remove or restrict it.

14. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

• content removal or restriction;
• account warnings or limitations;
• suspension or termination of accounts;
• withholding or forfeiture of Creator Earnings;
• reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
