Complaints Procedure

This Complaints Policy forms part of the FAN2SEE Terms of Service. By using the FAN2SEE platform, you agree to this Complaints Policy.


1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

FAN2SEE is operated by FAN2SEE LTD., a company incorporated and registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

If you wish to make a complaint or contact us regarding this policy, you may do so using the contact details provided below.


2. Interpretation

In this Complaints Policy, capitalised terms have the same meanings given to them in the FAN2SEE Terms of Service unless otherwise defined.

The term "Business Days" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in Nigeria.


3. Who Can Use This Complaints Policy

Whether or not you are a registered user of FAN2SEE, you may use this Complaints Policy to submit a complaint relating to:

  • the FAN2SEE platform;
  • Content appearing on FAN2SEE; or
  • the conduct or behaviour of a user.

4. How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint about FAN2SEE, please submit it by email to:

Your complaint should include, where applicable:

  • your full name;
  • your contact details;
  • a clear description of the issue or concern;
  • if the complaint relates to Content, the URL(s) or identifying information for the Content;
  • any supporting information or documentation you believe is relevant.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us investigate your complaint more efficiently.


5. Complaints Regarding Illegal or Non-Consensual Content

Upon receiving a complaint relating to Content that is alleged to be illegal or non-consensual:

  • we will take appropriate steps to assess and investigate the complaint as promptly as possible, based on its nature and urgency;
  • if additional information or documentation is required, we will contact you;
  • we will, in good faith, investigate the complaint within fourteen (14) Business Days;
  • if we determine that the Content is unlawful or non-consensual, we will remove or restrict access to the Content without delay and notify you of our decision;
  • if we determine that the Content does not violate applicable law or our policies, we will notify you of our decision.

Any dispute regarding our determination of whether Content is non-consensual may, at our discretion, be referred to an independent or neutral body at our expense, where appropriate and permitted by law.


6. Other Complaints

For complaints that do not relate to illegal or non-consensual Content:

  • we will take steps we consider appropriate to investigate the complaint within a timeframe suitable to the nature of the issue;
  • we may request further information or clarification from you;
  • we will take such action as we consider appropriate to address the issue raised, including enforcement of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or other platform policies;
  • where the complaint relates to Content and we determine that it breaches our policies, we will act promptly to remove or restrict the Content.

We are not obligated to inform you of the outcome of every complaint, particularly where doing so would compromise user privacy, security, or internal processes.


7. Unjustified or Abusive Complaints

If you are a FAN2SEE user, you warrant (which means you make a legally enforceable promise) that you will not submit complaints that are:

  • wholly unfounded or unjustified;
  • abusive, malicious, or harassing; or
  • made in bad faith.

If we determine that this warranty has been breached, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including warning, suspension, or termination of your account.


8. Changes to This Complaints Policy

We may update this Complaints Policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Platform. Continued use of FAN2SEE after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
