Creator Competition
Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

The Competition is organised by FAN2SEE LTD., a company incorporated and registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria ("FAN2SEE", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Competition Period

• The Competition runs for three (3) consecutive months, commencing from the FAN2SEE platform launch date and ending on 30 April.
• Each calendar month within the Competition Period constitutes a separate competition cycle (each a "Monthly Cycle").

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate and qualify for any prize, a creator must:

1. Be a verified FAN2SEE Creator aged 18 years or older;
2. Have completed all required identity, age, and compliance verification checks;
3. Actively use the platform, including creating and posting content during the relevant Monthly Cycle (public, subscriber-only, or premium content);
4. Gain a minimum of twenty five (25) valid subscribers during the relevant Monthly Cycle;
5. Maintain an account in good standing, with no active suspensions, restrictions, or unresolved violations;
6. Comply at all times with the Platform Terms;
7. Include your FAN2SEE profile link in the bio or profile section of at least one other social media platform;
8. Create at least one public post on an external social media platform directing your audience to your FAN2SEE profile during the relevant Monthly Cycle.

Failure to meet any eligibility requirement may result in disqualification.

4. Competition Mechanics

4.1 Basis of Competition

• Rankings are determined by the total number of new subscribers gained by a creator during a Monthly Cycle.
• Only paid subscriptions are counted.
• Subscriptions that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, or reversed for any reason are excluded from the count.

4.2 Valid Subscribers

A subscription will only be considered valid if:

• it remains active at the end of the Monthly Cycle;
• it is not subject to a chargeback, dispute, or refund;
• it complies with FAN2SEE's payment and fraud-prevention systems.

FAN2SEE's internal records and analytics shall be final and binding in determining subscriber counts.

5. Prizes

For each Monthly Cycle, prizes will be awarded as follows:

• 1st Place: ₦2,500,000 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira)
• 2nd Place: ₦1,000,000 (One Million Naira)
• 3rd Place: ₦500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira)

Prizes are awarded per month and do not roll over.

6. Prize Payment

• Cash prizes will be paid via the creator's registered payout method.
• Prize payments are subject to:
  • identity and compliance verification;
  • fraud, dispute, and payment review checks;
  • applicable taxes, where required by law.
• FAN2SEE reserves the right to delay prize payments where investigations are required.

7. Disqualification

FAN2SEE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any creator who:

• breaches any Platform Terms;
• engages in fraudulent activity or manipulation of subscriptions;
• artificially inflates subscriber counts;
• fails to actively engage on the platform;
• receives an excessive number of disputes or chargebacks;
• engages in conduct that harms the integrity or reputation of the platform.

Disqualified creators forfeit any entitlement to prizes for the affected Monthly Cycle.

8. Moderation & Verification

FAN2SEE may review creator activity, content, and subscriber data at any time during or after the Competition. All determinations regarding eligibility, rankings, and winners are final.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAN2SEE's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Competition shall be limited to ₦50,000.

10. Changes or Termination

FAN2SEE reserves the right to:

• modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time;
• amend these Terms & Conditions where required by law or operational necessity.

Where reasonably possible, notice of material changes will be provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
